Air and water barriers account for less than 1% of a building’s budget but account for 99% of a building’s future problems. Haire has the capability to look at your building and put together a solid wall system that not only meets the wants and needs of the owner and architect, but with our extensive product knowledge we can give the owner a choice between multiple manufacturers. We are a leader in below grade waterproofing systems in all climates and all soil types. We are also a certified ABAA contractor, Air Barrier Association of America. We install sheet applied air barriers along with fluid applied air barriers that will tie into the below grade waterproofing to give the owner a SINGLE SOURCE warranty. Thermal insulation, EIFS, and joint sealants are all fields that Haire self-performs.
