We were asked for help applying a waterproofing system to the 5th floor of one of the office buildings at the Crescent Hill Water Treatment Plant. On the 4th floor was where all of the HVAC systems and the electrical was placed for all the offices in this particular building. Waterproofing a 5th floor was unusual but the reason being was so that any sprinklers on the 5th floor or any roof damage that could possibly take on water, the HVAC systems and the electrical towers would be protected by the system we were to put in place. Note that that only half of the 5th floor needed the application as you will see in the pictures below. We chose a Miracote system for this particular scenario. This was a 6 step/coat process.
