Grocers Luxury Apartments

 

Haire Construction was contracted out to build an elevator tower, two stair towers, a lobby and two exterior walls.  These builds were composed of CMU (Concrete Masonry Unit), rebar, grout, and mortar.  The elevator and stair towers were both four stories high while the two exterior walls were two stories high.  These builds played an integral role in the rehabilitation of the old Grocers Ice & Cold Storage Co building.  This unique building is being transformed into luxury apartments and with the addition of Haire’s CMU the dilapidated structure came back to life and will be used for years to come.
