Haire was hired to come up with a solution to the soft soils compared to the large loads associated with the Hospital addition. Haire drilled 26 micropiles approx. 60’ in depth. The project had very limited space and vibration restrictions. Haire used a compact drill that was able to reach the desired depths to hold the loads needed to hold the building’s new structure.
