Luke Haire is the owner of Haire Construction and is in charge of all overall operations. Luke Haire is a native of the Louisville KY area. He went to high school in Louisville and got his bachelors degree at the University of Louisville. He has been in the construction and foundation industry his entire life. He got his start in the residential basement waterproofing and foundation repair sector starting a company called Champion Waterproofing and Piering in 2007. In his tenor at Champion he worked on over 5,000 homes across the state. He opened an office in Lexington, KY to keep up with the demand. Champion Waterproofing is now one of Kentuckiana’s leader in foundation repair and waterproofing. Champion is still open and is a constant resource to Haire Construction. Luke kept driving Champion into projects that were outside the waterproofing and foundation repair bubble. He began branching into larger projects and the commercial field.

In 2018 Luke decided to officially branch out to form Haire Construction. Haire Construction specializes in building wall systems and deep foundation/ underpinning solutions. Luke now works with architects and engineers to design wall system and building envelope systems to protect buildings from water, temperature, and changing air systems. Haire and team’s deep foundation backgrounds help them solve some of the most difficult foundation related problems from large buildings that need structural support, to tiebacks and shoring solutions. They have more than 40 full time experienced field employees, a large fleet of dump trucks, large excavating and drilling machinery, structural engineers for advising particular specifications, and a dozen field tested estimators and project managers.

As Senior Project Manager at Haire Construction, Chad brings over 7 years of experience overseeing large-scale, complex construction projects. Specializing in the coordination of logistics, scheduling, and financial management, Chad ensures that every project is completed on time, under budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Chad’s expertise spans a wide range of specialized construction services, including the installation of air barrier systems, below-grade waterproofing, helical piers, micropiles, and flatwork. His meticulous approach to project execution has earned him numerous accolades, including multiple nominations for “Contractor of the Year” in Lexington.

Over the years, Chad has led successful teams on some of the region’s most high-profile construction projects. Notable achievements include managing the renovation of the City of Bardstown Park, overseeing the comprehensive overhaul of Indiana University Southeast’s campus concrete, and directing the construction of new infrastructure at Elizabethtown Community College, which involved drainage work, masonry, and asphalt. Chad has also been responsible for laying hundreds of thousands of cubic yards of concrete across a variety of commercial, residential, and municipal projects, including city sidewalks and residential developments in Lexington and Louisville.

In addition to his technical expertise, Chad is a proven leader who values collaboration, safety, and accountability. He leads his commercial crews with a focus on maintaining the highest safety standards while delivering exceptional results. Under his guidance, projects consistently exceed performance expectations, contributing to Haire Construction’s reputation for excellence in the industry. Chad’s passion for construction is matched by his commitment to building lasting relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. His hands-on approach ensures that every aspect of a project, from budgeting to execution, runs smoothly and efficiently, leading to successful outcomes for both the company and its clients.

Chad holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of Louisville. He is known for his adaptability and probelm-solving skills, thriving in fast-paced environments where he can leverage his analytical mindset and collaborative approach.

Calvin Fante has proven track record in leadership, project management, and supporting high-stakes commercial construction projects. As an Army Veteran and current Army Reservist, Calvin has experience leading diverse teams, optimizing resource allocation to stay within project budgets, and developing plans ensuring a smooth-running project.

Bringing over 30 years of office management experience, Donna joined our team in 2022 as Financial Officer at Haire Construction. She’s passionate about streamlining operations and simplifying financials for the team, allowing everyone to focus on what matters most. Her family is her core, and she’s grateful to be part of a team that values her like family and recognizes the contributions she makes.

Celso is in charge of all Lexington operations. This includes project management, estimating, employee management, and job tracking. He has successfully ran concrete and civil projects for Lexington and Fayette’s government. He has a proven track record of completing multi-million dollar projects under budget and ahead of schedule.

Darius Biddix is the Assistant Project Manager at Haire Construction. With a strong focus on project coordination and operational efficiency, Darius supports the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. He helps oversee timelines, budgets, expenses and communication/coordination of projects. Darius plays a key role in driving the company’s mission of delivering high-quality, on-time construction services.
